Rip's Big Bowl

Willow and I watched Rip Esselstyn's "Engine 2 Kitchen Rescue" when I was in Utah for Dad's funeral. In it Rip shows a family how to make his big bowl for breakfast. Willow and I went out and bought the ingredients and started having a Rip's Big Bowl for every breakfast. When I got home I kept making it for myself. Now it's one of my new favorite breakfasts.

Put the cereal, nuts, seeds and fruit in a bowl.

 Add non-dairy milk.

Stir and eat. Yum!!

I put in roughly equal amounts (to equal about 1 cup total) of:
Grape Nuts
Uncle Sam Cereal
Bite-sized Shredded Wheat
Old-fashioned Rolled Oats

Add 1-2 Tblsp:
Flax Seed Meal
Chopped Walnuts

Top with:
4-5 Strawberries, sliced
1 banana, sliced
1 cup blueberries
Soy milk (or any non-dairy milk)
