Grilled Avocado Tomato and Cheese Sandwich |
For lunch today I really wanted a grilled cheese sandwich. I decided to use some quality Monterey Jack cheese I picked up from the deli counter at a local grocers, a local beefsteak tomato and some perfectly ripe avocado on wheat bread. Yum! The trick to a delicious grilled cheese?
Mayo on the outside of the bread instead of butter. It grills up so evenly.
