I took the Easter weekend off since there was Easter and 2 birthdays and an art museum reception, etc, etc, etc. It ended up being a very long weekend! Enough with the excuses. I'm back. I subbed in a kindergarten class today and didn't have time to fix a 10 in 20 breakfast or lunch. That's ok because I fixed the Chickpea Curry in a Hurry from day 4 for dinner.
