Tom Kha Gai

Years ago when we lived in Port Hueneme, we had a favorite Thai restaurant where we were first introduced to this wonderful soup. I haven't made it for a few years and I've never used a recipe. We always just adjust the ingredients and proportions until we get the desired taste.
                                                                                         
I tried to remember exactly what ingredients we used. I don't have amounts, but I guess I can list what I used this time: Chicken broth, coconut milk, red curry paste, fresh lime juice, chopped chicken breast, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, green onions, tomatoes, and cilantro.
