For dinner Mark and I had Creamy Cruciferous Curry. I have been looking forward to this dinner for several days. I love curry and this recipe looked intriguing. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was a little disappointed. It was quite bland and not as flavorful as I'd hoped. I didn't even think it was that creamy.
Mark also thought it was bland. He said this is one dish he would add a little salt or bouillon to. Mark said he would probably give this a 5 if it had a little salt.
We rated it as we tasted it. I know my rating was influenced by my expectations. I'll try the leftovers for lunch today and see if my rating changes.
