Holiday Challenge Day The First (of many)

Yesterday was the first day of the challenge and I actually did it! Here is what I ate (Reduced Fat Wheat Thins not shown):

Cinnamon, Vanilla Oatmeal with Cranberries

Sauteed Vidalia Onion and Bell Pepper Salad with Black Beans

Green Beans with Salt and Pepper

Cashew Vegetable Korma
I love this 3 Month Food Tracker by Weight Watchers
I've never done weight watchers, but this thing is great!
